  on august 9, 2014, jining xinmei mining equipment  co.,ltd .，carry out a training about new employees for the deepening of personal quality, ability and so on, the training aims is improve the staff ability  ,achieve synchronous growth of employees and enterprises.

  our company is very pay attention to staff own improvement of all aspects,  because the company is a large group, and as an employee is the main part of the collective, the further growth of the employees also represents the company's further development.

   this training main incloude four parts:first,deep analyze the company structure, make employees clarify the responsibilities of their own position;second, detailing company product information, make employees more clear direction of the company's products production and the features of the product;third,the connection between with the customer,to give the greatest patience and help to customers,take care of the needs of customers, for our customer required products,we need to timely communication,make our client to fully understand the product,in order to achieve the best purpose of cooperation;forth,concerned about the staff's personal emotions and the relationship models between colleagues, let staff feel the warmth of the largest, in order to better for the next phase of work.

  on august 3, 2014, zhaotong city, yunnan province, have 6.5 magnitude earthquake in ludian.

  this earthquake has killed 615 peoples,a large number of houses were damaged,traffic blocked make the post-disaster masses can not be out of danger in time,but in the numerous good people, and government’s help,relief supplies continuously to the disaster area,it makes the people of disaster area on life and on diet have the most basic guarantee.

  the natural disasters make people deeply the pain of the loss of family, home,help and concerned from the all over the world,although not smooth disaster wounds,but it can settle the affected people uneasy heart in time,”one in trouble,all will help”,it can not a slogan,people use action interpretation of this sentence,although one personals’ power is not strong,but the power of is made up of many people is very strong.we believe that many help will drive away the haze of disaster.
